Requirement:-
Hotel Management
2. 5+ years experience, most of it should be in Bull Cooking.
3. Multi unit culinary operation experience. Should have handled multiple kitchens in the past.
4. Been at the same position for 5+ years.
5. Excellent knowledge of regional/local cuisine and ingredients.
6. Good team leader.
7. Comfortable with traveling, troubleshooting abilities.
8. Would be great if have worked in a similar industry earlier
+. Been custodian of P&L and understand Costing.
10. Comfortable with working on tech tools
