• Assist in menu development, kitchen management, and daily operations.
• Supervise kitchen staff, training, and food preparation to ensure consistency and excellence.
• Oversee inventory management, supplier coordination, and cost control.
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Innovate and execute modern Indian dishes with a focus on presentation and flavors.
• Manage kitchen workflow, expedite service, and maintain efficiency during peak hours.
• Collaborate on seasonal menu updates and new dish trials.
• Handle guest preferences, special requests, and high-profile dining experiences.
• Maintain a high-energy, disciplined, and positive kitchen environment.
• Work closely with the management team to enhance guest satisfaction and brand reputation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
