They must have hands-on experience with modern kitchen and cooking equipment and be fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English. Key Responsibilities: Prepare Andhra and all South Indian food items, including snacks, tiffins, and full meals. Prepare food items to match the taste of Krishna District in Andhra Pradesh.(Vijayawada, Machilipatnam, Gudivada, Pamarru, Vuyyuru, Avanigadda, etc.). Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen. Collaborate with the restaurant team to create new and exciting dishes. Train and supervise other kitchen staff as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by the management. Job Requirements: Proven work experience as an Andhra Chef / Cook. Must specialize in preparing Andhra food items and all South Indian cuisines. Must have experience in preparing vegetarian and/or non-vegetarian dishes. Must be willing to relocate to Vadodara, Gujarat. Must be fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English. Gujarati language proficiency is an added advantage. Must be flexible with weekend offs. Must have hands-on experience with modern kitchen and cooking equipment. Must be able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
