Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a South Indian Chef. The South Indian Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic South Indian dishes, managing the kitchen operations, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, and collaborating with the culinary team to create innovative menu options. The South Indian Chef will also be involved in ingredient sourcing and inventory management, as well as ensuring the overall quality and presentation of the food. Qualifications • Expertise in South Indian cuisine, including dosas, idlis, vadas, sambar, and chutneys • Strong culinary skills and the ability to prepare and present dishes with precision and creativity • Knowledge of traditional South Indian cooking techniques and ingredients • Experience in managing kitchen operations and leading a team • Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Effective communication and teamwork abilities • Previous experience in a similar role or culinary education is preferred
