Here is what we require:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in Hospitality/ Hotel/ or Medical Business Administration Knowledge
· Exceptional at customer service and retailing, have an eye for detail
· You should be passionate about skin, health & beauty
Excellent Phone Etiquette
Ability to Problem Solve
Here is what you will be doing:
· Schedule services for guests and large groups using spa/salon reservations software system.
· You listen to your clients, get to know them and accommodate their needs to the fullest extent.
· You always find a solution and never say “no.”
· Manage the reservations/cancellations throughout the day and communicate to the service providers
· Check in guests for appointments, collect their information
· Solicit Feedback and Reviews from Clients
· Promote and sell spa/salon retail skin care lines.
· In the Admin Role you will be in charge of opening and closing the Spa, Daily financial reports.
