• Implement efficient scheduling systems for Massage Therapists.
• Rigorously monitor and control departmental payroll.
• Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures Manual.
• Maintain inventory control for Body Tech services.
• Ensure compliance with hotel and provincial regulations through accurate record-keeping.
• Conduct selection interviews for new hires.
• Lead weekly/monthly Massage departmental communication meetings.
