Financial Responsibilities
• Maintain facility in optimal condition while adhering to operations budget.
• Implement measures to control payroll and expenses.
Operational Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and organisation standards in work areas.
• Manage inventory of massage oils, towels, sheets, and other essential supplies.
• Demonstrate professionalism in interactions with members and guests.
• Execute Body Treatments with precision and expertise.
• Continuously monitor and implement current industry trends in body treatments.
• Maintain professional licences.
• Promptly report equipment malfunctions.
• Provide assistance across spa departments as required.
• Develop and promote bespoke spa programmes for conference groups.
