Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Manager for various Locations like Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Banglore, Chandigarh, Jaisalmer, & Goa. The Spa Manager will be responsible for overseeing spa operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, budgeting, and promoting Sales, etc.
Qualifications
• Spa Management and Customer Service skills
• Experience in maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Budgeting skills
• Knowledge of Western & Ayurveda Therapies, Skin Care & Hair care treatments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Certification in Spa Management or related field
• Previous experience in a spa or hospitality industry is a plus
