Provide guests with information about spa services, products, and promotions
Ensure the spa reception area is clean, inviting, and well-stocked with necessary materials
Assist with retail sales, including recommending spa products and completing transactions
Ensure guest preferences and requests are accurately noted in the booking system
Coordinate with spa therapists and staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Handle guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism, escalating issues as needed
