Design Concept Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to develop innovative and effective design concepts for commercial interior projects.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in designing and executing commercial spaces, with proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D rendering tools.
A bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related discipline is required, along with at least 2 years of experience in commercial interior design projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing interior design concepts, space planning, and detailed layouts for commercial projects, as well as creating and modifying technical drawings using AutoCAD.
They will also produce realistic 3D visualizations and renders to communicate design intent, collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, and source and specify materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes suitable for commercial use.
In addition, the Interior Designer will coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure design accuracy and timely project delivery, conduct site visits, and supervise implementation to maintain design standards.
