Our practice is hiring both a Part-Time and a Full-Time Chiropractic Assistant. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, organized, and excited to join a team to gives their best. Spanish-speaking applicants a requirement.

Schedule & Availability Requirements. We cannot accommodate school schedules.
Your availability must match our set office hours, and team members must show up on time for every shift. Full time is morning and afternoon shifts. Part time is Morning or afternoon only.
Office Hours (Mon–Thu):
Monday: 7–10 AM, 3–8 PM
Tuesday: 3–6 PM
Wednesday: 7–12 PM, 3–6 PM
Thursday: 7–10:30 AM, 3–6 PM
* Team members must arrive 30 minutes before each shift and stay 30 minutes to 1 hour after closing.
* We also schedule patient reports and re-exams throughout the week, which may slightly extend certain shifts.
Part-Time Position (Morning Hours Only)
Core range: ≈ 12-15 hours per week (mornings on Mon/Wed/Thu)
Optional: occasional Monday or Thursday afternoon shifts and Fridays
Ideal for someone who wants a consistent morning schedule and loves fast-paced patient care flow
Full-Time Position (Mon–Thu)
Approx. 30 hours per week, including morning + afternoon shifts
Based strictly on the office hours listed above

What You’ll Do
Greet and check in patients with warmth and efficiency
Assist with scheduling, confirming appointments, and tracking missed visits
Call and text patients for reminders, follow-ups, and reactivation
Share daily educational or inspirational handouts with patients
Offer referral cards, request reviews, and encourage social check-ins
Assist with progress exams and collect detailed notes
Help maintain smooth patient flow in a fun, high-energy environment
Support the doctor with organization, communication, and documentation
Create a positive and uplifting experience for every patient

1 year Customer Service Preferred — we provide full training.
Compensation & Benefits
$15–$20 per hour
Performance-based bonuses. You will start between 15-17 and work your way up as you learn our procedures.
