Graduate with 7-+ years of work experience across spares marketing and sales, warehouse management, inventory management
Experience in service will be added advantage
Good understanding of spares business in heavy commercial vehicles and Bus industry
Knowledge of working on MS Office and awareness about software packages for parts management
Communication Skills Negotiation skills, Leadership qualities, Team Management Skills
Role/Responsibility
Monitor spare parts availability & coordinate for delivery of parts
Maintain optimum inventory turnover
Plan and organize campaigns, discounts on bulk purchases to move slow moving parts
Negotiate with customers on parts agreement, increasing parts sales
Annual parts business planning and review
