Position: Business Development Manager Sales

Location : Pune Experience ; 2 to 5 yrs

We are seeking energetic, motivated, and articulate team players who will be a part of our sales team and will be assigned the responsibility of executing sales targets in Pune. You will also be playing a key role in customer mapping and maintaining strong relationships with them.

As a sales-person you will be responsible for:

Job Description:

- Generating automobile spare part & lubricants requirements from Garages / Retailers. (Through calls and field visits)

- B2C Direct Sales

- Deal closing ability- right from lead generation to getting business out of the customer.

- Must be comfortable with aggressive sales targets and incentive + variable payments.

- Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

- Executing business strategy and concepts for overall growth.

Candidate Profile:

- Knowledge and experience in product sales and field sales are a must.

- Experience must in Part Sales/ Retail Channel Sales/ Garage Sales or from any industry.

- Must be able to achieve monthly value-based targets/ Must be able to achieve monitory sales target.

- Follow up on potential Leads.

- Must be ready to travel 5 days a week.

- Convincing Skills, Confident and good communication

Qualification - Any Graduate/PG

Age Limit - Mini 22 to maxi 28yrs

Languages Known - Marathi and Hindi
