Engineer, Software Engineer
Summary:
We don’t want just anyone that knows Salesforce and how to build Apps for the App Exchange, we want a passionate, innovative teammate to help us build the next generation of our industry-leading platforms! As an Agile Salesforce Developer, you will be involved in all stages of the project life cycle: requirements definition, design, and development.
Required Skills:
· BA/BS degree Computer Science or related field
· 4+ years Software development
· 2+ years Salesforce development
· Experience with testing frameworks/methodologies (Unit Testing, Selenium, Lightning Test Service)
· Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
Responsibilities:
l Deliver on-time, full scope, high-quality product releases in a predictable, repeatable, and sustainable manner on the Salesforce/Force.com platform. Drive Agile maturity and standardization across the development organization leading to improvements in system performance, development velocity, defect prevention, automation and overall effectiveness in supporting the SDLC.
l Develop applications on the Salesforce/Force.com platform in areas of solution design, efficient and effective development, CI/CD, system performance, and application packaging/installing/upgrading
l Leverage acumen to understand business problems and trends while developing and delivering core Salesforce/Force.com solutions anchored in a strong understanding of the overall Salesforce ecosystem
Preferred Skills + Qualifications:
· Java development experience
· Experience building Salesforce applications
· Development experience with Lightning Web Components
· Web Service Frameworks (RESTful)
· Scrum/Agile Product Development exposure
· Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
