We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Educator to join our Inclusive Education Center The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing individualized education to students with diverse learning needs,ensuring that they have access to a supportive and inclusive environment. This role involves collaboration with teachers, specialists, and families to promote the academic, social, and emotional development of students.Develop and Implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs):Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create, monitor, and update IEPs tailored to each student's unique needs.Monitor Student Progress:Regularly assess students’ progress toward their IEP goals, using both formal and informal assessment tools. Provide detailed reports to parents and school staff.Collaborate with Other Educators:Work alongside teachers and specialists (e.g., speech therapists, occupational therapists).
