Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Special Educator at Unique Autism School located in Trivandrum. As a Special Educator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), conducting assessments, providing specialized instruction, and collaborating with parents, teachers, and therapists to support students with autism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field

• 1+ years Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders

• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in special education

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the unique needs of each student

• Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with individuals with special needs

• Certification in Special Education is a plus ( RCI license)
