Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Special Events Coordinator at At Fault in Dallas, TX. The coordinator will help bring At Fault's vibrant restaurant and entertainment space to life by planning and managing unique events that create a buzzworthy experience for guests. From ideating and executing trivia nights, karaoke competitions, and themed parties in the 150-seat restaurant to leveraging TikTok and social media trends to showcase these events, you’ll be an integral part of building At Fault’s reputation as the go-to spot for fun in Dallas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative event concepts and themes tailored to At Fault’s vibe.

• Assist in planning and executing events, including trivia nights, karaoke competitions, and seasonal celebrations.

• Manage event logistics, ensuring seamless operations during events.

• Capture and curate event content for social media, including TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms, to drive engagement and highlight the fun, community-focused atmosphere.

• Build partnerships with local influencers, creators, and brands to enhance event visibility.

• Engage with guests during events to ensure a positive experience and gather feedback for future improvements.

• Track event performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Qualifications

• Creative thinker with strong ideation skills and a passion for bringing fresh ideas to life.

• Experience or interest in event planning, management, or content creation.

• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social media trends.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage both guests and team members effectively.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude.

• Bonus: Prior experience in hospitality, entertainment, or content creation.
