Overview:
Teach To Grow Canada Foundation, a registered charity, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in the roles of Special Event Coordinator. These positions are essential for expanding our digital presence and enhancing our communication strategies.
Eligibility Requirements:
Candidates must be between 18 and 30 years at the start of employment.
Must be a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident.
Must have a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment and be legally entitled to work in Canada.
Responsibilities:
Community Engagement:
Develop and execute strategies for community engagement.
Coordinate events and outreach programs to raise awareness.
Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing to create impactful content.
Collect and analyze community feedback for program improvement.
Manage volunteer programs to ensure meaningful participation.
Leadership and Collaboration:
Plan and implement community engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Cultivate positive relationships with local stakeholders.
Work with marketing to create compelling content for outreach.
Analyze feedback for program enhancement.
Oversee volunteer programs, providing guidance and support.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in event planning and community engagement.
Strong collaboration, communication, and creative skills.
Adaptable to changing program needs and able to engage with new approaches.
Experience in managing events and working with volunteers.
Must be proficient in English.
