In the role of Specialised Banking Manager, you will join the Transactional Banking Team that’s doubling down on customer obsession and winning together.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
Support bankers across NSW/ACT to grow revenue and customer satisfaction through targeted transactional solutions.
Deliver exceptional service through meaningful customer connections.
Educate customers and stakeholders on NAB’s banking products and digital channels.
Identify opportunities to increase customer participation and product usage.
Maintain compliance by adhering to risk, policy and procedural requirements while supporting innovation.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
Experience in transactional or business banking
Ability to work independently and manage your own business.
Strong commercial acumen and customer focus.
Interest or experience in financial technology and system integration.
Passion for improving customer outcomes and understanding market trends.
