Your new role

Support initiatives that foster a more connected and responsive workforce, with a focus on bridging the divide between mental health and ******* and other drug (AOD) service systems.

Through identifying emerging trends, service delivery needs, and gaps in current practices, actively collaborate on the development of targeted policies, protocols, and procedures. By cultivating strong partnerships across community services, enable seamless referrals, coordinated care, and successful transitions.

Your expertise in program coordination ensures effective design, implementation, and review of activities while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and shared commitment across the team.

Your skills and experience

Tertiary Qualification such as Social Work, Psychology, Nursing or Allied Health Sciences, as well as a Certificate IV in AOD, or have completed the core competencies, or ability to complete within 24 months.
