Specialist Application Support Engineer

Ability to provide solution and guide User team for Finacle functionalitiesii) Business requirements to be accurately defined and explained to the Development teamiii) Finacle defects/ incidents are addressed as per the defined SLAsiv) Finacle Releases/ Builds are delivered within the expected and agreed time framev) Undertake Data migration and version upgrade co-ordination with the Project teamJob Duties & responsibilitiesi) Liaise with the Business/ Support Units to understand their requirements to be developed at CBS (Finacle)ii) Prepare and validate Business Requirement document/ User Stories/ Technical specifications based on the input of stakeholdersiii) Clearly communicate the requirements to the Development team and ensure the delivery of build/ release is done withing the stipulated time frameiv) Co-ordinate the User acceptance testing with the end-users and ensure it is accomplished as per the defined timelinev) Liaise for any open observations with the development team and ensure it is addressed as per the requirement documentvi) Co-ordinate for the Production deployment of the Build/ Release as per the Change Management process followedvii) Ensure the User team provides a Live verification confirmation of the Build/ Releaseviii) Ensure Audit requirements, Compliance requirements, InfoSec requirements etc are adhered at the CBSix) Co-ordinate with the development team/ BAU team for fixing of defects/ incidents at CBSx) Co-ordinate with the Global team for creation of various parameters, scheme codes, GL, Office accounts at Finaclexi) Scheduling online meetings with various stakeholders for requirement gathering, defects fixing, roll-out planning etcxii) Preparation of Project Plan, Senior Management presentation, Minutes of Meeting etcxiii) Perform UAT and execute Finacle menus viz. Parameter creation, Holiday maintenance, Interest rate etcRequired Experience8-10 years of experience in BFSI/ Banks/ NBFCs/ Bank Tech companies etc.Experience of working at the Techno-Functional position would be desired.Experience of working at a MNC Bank/ Private Bank would be preferred.Project Management experience would be considered.Education / Preferred QualificationsGraduation/ Post Graduation in any discipline.Preferably MBA in Finance/ Banking/ TechnologyCore CompetenciesKnowledge of Banking domain, RBI guidelines, Payment systems is a must.Information on how third-party systems interface with CBS is required.Understanding of Risk Management, Business Continuity, IT Regulatory Compliance would be desirable.Working knowledge of Finacle Core/ Wealth Management system is preferred.Technical CompetenciesExcellent knowledge of MS Office suite is a must.Information about Finacle architecture, Database tables, Postgres Database would be desirable
