What is the job like
• SME in aspects of daily reconciliation for all networks (Mastercard, Rupay and VISA)
• Identify and consume all relevant T files/R files that are generated from all networks for settlement and reconciliation
• Setting up Operational processes for end to end reconciliation, in view of International Acceptance
• Setting up Operational processes for Chargeback.
MIS and Finance reporting.
• Daily and monthly books closing.
• Monthly channel reconciliation between Zeta System and its partner bank, post reconciling the books issue recon certificate to stakeholders (partner bank, Zeta finance team etc).
• Statutory reporting
Program Management
• Balance sheet
• Profit and loss statement
• Cash flow
Bank Reports
• QC Bank reports on various requirements.
• Fraud and risk monitoring
• Compliance reporting
• Coordination with internal teams for highlighting anomalies, if any.
Who should apply for this role
• Minimum 4 - 7 years of experience into Banking Operations
• Prior experience in handling all networks reconciliation and operations projects is a must
• Proficiency in Excel and working on various Reports
• Willingness in developing and optimising program management processes
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• You re a results-oriented self-starter, and a great communicator
• Self-motivated, you like to work independently and possess strong organisation and time management skills
