Job Description
• To produce and conduct BAU reporting of MI Dashboards and Ad Hoc Data needs
• To track Department KPI's and KRIs
• To assist in the Business Continuity and Operational Risk activities
• To reconcile and settle Brokerage / CLS invoices and conduct related activities
• To deputize AVP Lead, Data Control Management and other team members when required
• Produce regular professional dashboards that is communicated with senior management and stakeholder in order to continually monitor and improve on operational efficiency
• Prepare and report trade event analysis to key Stake holders
• Respond to Ad Hoc data requests from internal stakeholders whilst ensuring data integrity
• Track department KPIs, KRIs and other internal control indicators
• Assist in monitoring and tracking all audit outstanding's for GMO / FCIS / TFD
• Reconcile and prepare Brokerage payments and other settlements activities within the unit scope
• Ensure brokerage and CLS provisions are completed within the deadline and provide MIS adjustments to Group finance if needed. Processing accounting entries for Rep offices within the deadlines
• Respond to all Audit confirmation requests from Internal and External parties within the unit scope
• Assist in the review of internal SLA's and GMO's agreements with counterparties and stakeholders.
• Assist in any internal or external audit surveillance exercises.
• Assist the team with all ongoing automation/process improvement projects where applicable
• Assist in the yearly Business continuity planning exercise and activities as well as Operational Risk management activities
