Job Description
The Specialist works independently, as part of the broader team, led by a Global Sales Execution, executing on various projects such as supporting consultant relations feedback, analyzing win/loss data, supporting dashboard reporting, maintaining library database content, tracking software licenses and usage.
The Specialist will deliver and implement on various sales support programs of a strategic, sales, or sales support nature. Specialist oversees all aspects of assigned projects by tracking expectations and deadlines, aligning tasks with appropriate resources and monitoring and tracking progress of project to completion.
• Responsible to gather, process, analyze and evaluate business information and data in support of Sales Execution
• Effectively communicate and collaborate throughout the project lifecycle. This requires foresight in planning and efficient execution.
• Manages meetings with internal stakeholders and produce outputs. Develops partnerships with stakeholders to understand their objectives and reporting requirements.
• The Business Specialist must be proactive and anticipatory. The BA will maintain artifacts used to track projects such as processes, if needed
Skills and abilities:
• Proficient in using Microsoft Suite Excel, Word and PPT
• Specialist skills and experience – 8-12 years
• Excellent written/verbal communication and effective listening skills.
• A self-starter with strong time management skills
• Be confident and decisive; with strong interpersonal and planning skills.
• Must possess strong organization and time management skills and an ability to manage a broad range of activities simultaneously.
• Must be able to assess and collate a variety of input then effectively summarize for stakeholders
