The Role Responsibilities
Business
• Ensure smooth landing of management reporting projects into finance infrastructure – by understanding the service needs, representing them in enterprise project discussions.
• Identify, refine and document business requirements to be provided to IT for implementing the new requirements in the IT systems by working closely with business and IT stakeholders.
• End-to-end Project Management across finance infrastructure covering IA, Requirements, Test Strategizing, UAT to Post-implementation support
• Timely escalation of risks and issues – and resolving service issues through enterprise projects
• Drive stronger governance of project management, user testing, audit trails, manage by key metrics
• Maintain strong collaboration with finance functions, product teams to perform service-ready project execution. Excellence in service delivery measured by tangible results in terms on positive feedback/appreciation from project / business teams
Regulatory & Business Conduct
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Our Ideal Candidate
• 7-10 Years of Banking domain experience with Business Analysis background in Accounting/Trade Finance/Financial Markets/Lending Products
• Understanding of People Soft General Lender/ SAP system and Financial Reporting would be added advantage
