Job Title: Specialist-Client Services
Function/ Department: Wholesale Banking Operations
Job Purpose:
To sustain better client servicing by way of exhibiting overall trade and banking expertise to support the customization of cash and trade products in line with market demands. To provide timely support to all regional business stakeholders and manage their expectations, which should be in tandem with client expectations. It is crucial to have a seasoned and experienced wholesale banker to monitor, control, and regulate the process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain relationships with selected clients, providing added services to support the business relationship.
Maintain and exercise control over allotted portfolios to ensure that services to customers are of the highest standard.
Continuously monitor customer quality to minimize the risk of loss to the bank.
Improve client-related processes related to CMS and general banking products.
Responsible for handling escalation issues and ironing out any processing gaps identified during the post-implementation period.
Provide regular updates/share knowledge on clients in portfolios to the Client Service Team.
Remain knowledgeable of changing industry trends and educate clients accordingly.
The Client Services Operations team provides support in managing client queries, including documentation maintenance, storage, and retrieval of records, maintaining client accounts, and performing special requests using core banking software.
With an increasing array of complex products and services, it is essential to stay on top of complex databases and applications to deliver customer service effectively.
Education Qualification:
Graduation: Any Graduation
Post-graduation: Any Post-graduation
Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Client Services
