Business Function
Risk Management Group works closely with our business partners to manage the bank’s risk exposure by balancing its objective to maximise returns against an acceptable risk profile. We partner with origination teams to provide financing, investments and hedging opportunities to our customers. To manage risk effectively and run a successful business, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure.
Job Purpose:-
The position ensures:
Prepare management dashboards & MIS for in-country and region to ensure appropriate in-depth tracking of portfolio for the agency at product and bucket level.
Leveraging the DM+ collection system to drive strategies to be rolled out to DCA’s for better portfolio performance.
Budget and Forecast of NSP & NPL.
Key Accountabilities :-
Fulfil all responsibilities in relation to:
Coordination with ZCM in order to provide data as well as to ensuring better resolutions
Monitoring portfolio performance of delinquent accounts assigned to DCA
Publishing weekly, monthly MIS to stakeholders and regional team
Preparing review decks for region and stakeholders.
Job Duties & responsibilities:-
Analysing the data and Implementing different collection strategies within DM+
Creating Jobs and UDP’s within DM+(Collection system) to meet Collection unit requirements
Automation and Enhancement of existing MIS reports
Pro-actively developing new dashboard which can help department head drive their function
Development of new reports as per the requirements and increase the usability of new and existing reports
Processing adhoc request in a timely manner and checking whether existing reports can serve the adhoc purpose
Creating reports using DM+ system
Monthly allocation of delinquent accounts to DCA and in DM+
Preparing Collection Deck having various portfolio & collection cuts
Publishing weekly, monthly MIS and PPTs to stakeholders and regional team
Projection, budgeting for collection costs
Forecast of NPA & Provisioning
Design incentive, payout structure for DCA’s to enhance performance
Resource planning for collection process
Track performance of outsourced collection process and engage with collection agencies
