Risk Management Group works closely with our business partners to manage the bank's risk exposure by balancing its objective to maximise returns against an acceptable risk profile. We partner with origination teams to provide financing, investments and hedging opportunities to our customers. To manage risk effectively and run a successful business, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure
Job Purpose
• To provide requisite MIS to internal stakeholders , including regulatory reporting
Key Accountabilities
• To ensure reporting to internal stakeholders and region is done on a timely basis
Job Duties & responsibilities
Perform regular and ad-hoc risk reporting to consumer credit management/ line of business stakeholders and MIS preparation for regulatory reporting.
• Run and produce MIS for reporting on risk exposures and metrics to enable informed and strategic decision-making.
• Identify opportunities/ gaps to improve data quality and existing reporting processes
Apply analytics and data mining techniques using credit data and alternative data sources to monitor portfolio performances based on established portfolio triggers
• Present MIS & data in required formats which are visual, universally understandable or easy to interpret ().
Provide UAT support for any data migration or MIS platform enhancement to ensure successful implementation.
Experience
• Mandatory 4 years retail lending exp
• Relevant working experience in MIS reporting
Education / Preferred Qualifications
• Min Bachelors degree
Work Relationship
• Team-player with good inter-personal, communication & writing skills.
• Should be well versed with Excel, power point .
• Seek to understand stakeholder's point of view and find win-win solution.
• Motivated and self-driven
