Specialist, CRM

General Responsibilities
• Attend and manage (our CRM platform) user requests and drive on/off-boarding process
• Attend, identify and solve issues
• Support and coordinate enhancements and new developments in and digital platforms connected to the CRM
• Drive trainings and Live Webinars organization and ensure excellent system usage and high data quality
• Create and update marketing material and presentations
• Monitor and maintain our CRM data quality
• Engage sales to our CRM system
• Monitor technical functions for compliance with data protection regulations
• Support Area Manager in other projects and tasks

Functional Skills and Knowledge
• Experience with or similar CRM systems and Excel knowledge.
• Demonstrate experience in marketing & communications
• Demonstrate research and analytical skills. Data understanding and interest on customer, supplier and market behavior and trends analytics
• Affinity towards IT programs as well as information and data management
• Advanced presentation skills

Education
• Bachelor degree in business. Master and/or first experiences in the chemical industry is an advantage
• High English level

Work Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in or similar CRM
