Interact with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver accordingly.
The specialist will create and deliver business reports, sales forecasts, and revenue reporting using Salesforce and other data sources. They will also support ad-hoc reporting needs, liaise with the analytics team for automated solutions, lead tool enhancements for sales growth process improvement.
Sales operations/pipeline management involves ensuring Salesforce data accuracy by updating existing opportunities in real-time. Live dashboards are created to provide leadership insights into pipeline performance.
What you need:
A graduate in Finance/Commerce or a related field is preferred; experience in sales reporting/business intelligence/sales operations (2-4 years) along with MS Excel proficiency is required; know-how of CRM tools like Salesforce as well as BI/data visualization tools like PowerBI/Tableau is expected;
stakeholder management & presentation skills are essential – customer-centric focus paired with good business acumen ✍-handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines while working effectively under pressure,
