In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Building deep expertise in data sets to guide report and owners in navigating the firm’s strategic goals and evaluating their data and analytics needs
Accelerating the time frame to go from data to insights by building an easy to use analytics UI (using Tableau / PowerBI)
Leveraging technology to advance the quality of data to drive insights regarding the firm’s regulatory reporting
Supporting business and program managers with developing necessary technical requirements documents
Driving improvements to data and infrastructure, supporting delivery of new assets in support of our analytics mandates
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Degree in Engineering
Experience in Finance/Banking, Regulatory reporting, & data analysis. 8+ years
Working knowledge on Programming languages like Python/Java
ETL, Database (SSMS, SQL, Oracle) and Data Visualization (Tableau/ Power BI)
Understanding on JIRA, Agile and Release Management
Knowledge of setting up CI/CD pipelines, GITLAB, Process Automation (Build, Test and Deploy)
Good Hands-on experience on Maven, Jenkins, SonarQube, Monitoring tools (e.g., App Dynamics)
Hands on exp in building and consuming data from API’s
Strong communication skills, both written & oral
Passion to learn new tools and apply them to challenging problems
