WHAT YOU'LL DO
•Responsible for smooth onboarding and integration of lateral new hires
•Stay connected with the new hires from the time their offer is closed to address any queries/questions

•Provide them buddy and leadership to help them understand culture, ways of working and available support systems
•Plan, customise and structure L&D inductions
•Work closely with their leadership to identify and set-up their working team for the initial weeks to give them on-job-training
•Periodic check-ins with the new hire and their eco-system to understand their progress. Identify/ pre-empt areas of concern and plan customised support/intervention where required

YOU'RE GOOD AT
• Developing long-term strategies and creates key initiatives to promote and achieve a culture of assimilation and smooth transition within the organization for all new industry hires.
• Heat map analysis for new lateral hires.
• Identifying the challenges of Lateral hires & resolving High risk issues on priority.
• Preparing, tracking and execution of annual budgets.
• Introduces newsletters, internal communications, events and programs for Lateral hires for the purpose of creating a cohesive and enriching experience for every lateral hire which joins BCG.
• Supervise ongoing analysis of key data identifying trends and pulse checks within the organization.
• Initiates cohort sessions through focus groups, surveys, town halls, one-on-one interviews, and other methodology; evaluates and applies the data to report to the senior stakeholders.
• Strategically collaborates with and builds relationships across functional divisions and key external stakeholders.
• Planning and implementing a business-aligned people agenda that delivers measurable value to the business and an exceptional experience to the employees
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
• Graduate / Post Graduate in any field
• 4-8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a service industry preferably an MNC
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Should have the personality and drive to be able to interact across functions and levels to be able to carry out his/her job responsibilities.
• Advanced technical skills with proficiency in desktop applications and Excel
• Extensive use of Windows and the following software applications: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Strong communication skills both written and oral
• Ability to articulate his/her point across to the other person effectively and efficiently.
