Your responsibilities include but not are limited to:
Maintenance of several registration databases according to information from countries
archiving of documents (mostly electronic)
Creating, editing and analysis of reports and summaries with a different focus, based on details from registration data banks
Perform trainings for databases and processes to countries, colleagues, stakeholders
Implementation of global projects and initiatives
Answering / Forwarding of requests from the country organizations

Minimum requirements
Completed vocational training in the commercial sector or as PKA / PTA, and at least 2 years work experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Very good knowledge of MS Office
High IT affinity
Very good command of spoken and written English
Excellent organizational skills, flexibility and resilience
Teamwork
Good communicational skills (for explaining context, training context)
