How Your Day Will Look Like

• Assisting in drafting, reviewing and compliance related to Board Meetings, Committee Meetings and Annual General Meetings, viz. Agenda, Minutes, Notices, Resolutions, etc. of group entities;

• Co-ordination with various internal, external departments for data/ information required;

• Maintain and update Statutory Registers from time to time under the Companies Act, 2013;

• Assisting in drafting of Policies, updates, Annual Report, agreements and other documents and relevant co-ordination;

• Monitoring the updates of MCA / SEBI / RBI and other relevant regulatory authorities and circulate the same internally

• Liaison with ROC, SEBI, Stock Exchanges, Registrar & Transfer Agent, RBI and other authorities;

• Coordination with Secretarial Auditors, Statutory Auditors;

• Ensuring Company Secretarial Compliances including SEBI Regulations, Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, Secretarial Standards and such other compliances as may be applicable to the Company from time to time.

Education & Work Experience

• 2-4 years of relevant experience working as a legal & compliance specialist.

• Ability to handle the Compliance Requirements under Companies Act, FEMA & SEBI Regulations

• Excellent Academic records

Knowledge

• Should understand basics of legal and compliances

• Should have an excellent understanding of Indian Corporate Laws

• to senior management for informed decision-making

Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Command over MS Office Software's – Word, Excel PowerPoint

• Organization and time management skills

• Discretion when handling confidential information.

• A high level of ownership
