The Location: Primary Location – Ahmedabad
The Team: You will join a very collegial and professional Global CME/Marketing Operations team that optimizes processes, technology, data and analytics to power a high-performing Customer, Marketing and Education (CME) organization. The team works to drive alignment across the customer journey by managing critical, high-visibility projects across all subsets of CME, by using a wide variety of platforms.
We are looking for versatile and self-driven individuals to join our Data & Reporting team within the Global CME/Marketing Operations group.
The Impact: Your position is critical to driving the success of the Global CME/Marketing Operations team, by leveraging technology, process, and your creative problem-solving skills to ensure best-in-class execution of data management projects lead workflow support, and adherence to our corporate privacy compliance framework; thereby playing an integral role to support and refine critical elements of our projects to achieve high operational excellence.
Responsibilities
• Develop thorough understanding of our marketing database and classification strategy to provide guidance to the Marketing team in their audience list filtering and complete daily contact list uploads to Marketo, cleansing non-standard data to align with our classification standards.
• Understand how our integration model works between our marketing automation platform (Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce). Work with other internal stakeholders to improve insights from data collection and extraction from our commercial tech stack.
• Monitor campaign and lead integration between Marketo and Salesforce, ensuring that the campaign members are syncing and that marketing qualified leads are getting to the Sales team properly, and are tagged to Marketing campaigns.
• Manage daily projects and deadlines for varied marketing operations processes in Smartsheet and ensure that all deadlines are met and projects executed with high satisfaction scores from the Marketing team.
• Proactively identify gaps in marketing ops workflow/processes and work towards improving those areas.
• Maintain an understanding of privacy and data regulations that affect the regions we engage in.
• Complete other projects within the department as needed.
Basic Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelors or MBA Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent education and experience.
• Any prior experience working in a marketing or equivalent role, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Excellent communication skills (oral/written), Basic to Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office products including database.
• Strong organizational skills required to prioritize multiple work priorities and projects concurrently and meet established deadlines.
• Self-starter with demonstrated track record of initiative, creativity, and innovation.
• Strong analytical and problem solving/research skills required with a high attention to detail.
• Ability to independently work as a contributing member in a high-paced and focused team with minimal directions.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business requirement.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience with administering database management tool (Salesforce.com or similar CRM tool) and/or any marketing automation platforms (E.g. Marketo, Eloqua, etc.).
