Job Description
This role spearheads campaign planning and strategy objective on the existing to Bank customer base by innovating on derived data variables and optimizing on the communication channel mix.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and expand the existing channel network to increase cross-sell opportunities.
Collaborate with BIU and Analytics team to leverage intelligence on ETB customers for effective cross-sell campaigns.
Assess the communication channel mix to minimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
Explore alternative communication channels to boost cross-sell penetration.
Track and improve Cross Sell product portfolio KPIs through analysis and strategic initiatives.
Innovate and build on existing voice bot technology to establish it as a profitable channel of acquisition.
Monitor campaign KPIs by channel to identify gaps and strategize for better performance.
Collaborate with the Call Centre team to optimize dialer strategy and maximize outbound and inbound conversions.
Maintain accurate MIS reporting to ensure seamless operations.
Apply business and analytics acumen to drive process improvements.
Demonstrate strong MS Excel skills to inform data-driven decision making.
Understand digital campaigns and call centre operations workflow to drive synergistic efficiencies.
Exhibit thought leadership and team management skills.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
Graduate degree in Engineering, Technology, Management, Computer Science, or related field.
Possess an MBA qualification.
A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in product and campaign management.
