Job Purpose
Handing day to day mortgage operational activity, such as login mortgage application & processing the same. Responsible for servicing and processing Mortgage loan application /customer for his/her territory for smooth running of mortgage business.
Key Accountabilities
• Complete preliminary checking of Mortgage Files as per Bank process requirements.
• System Login & Data Entry of files along with checking of KYC, Income Documents & other financial documents.
• Financial Analysis of Bank Statements and related documents with the help of Perfios.
• Liaising with various stakeholders for Financial and Final approval of cases.
• Various MIS maintenance at branch level
Job Duties & responsibilities
• Pre-Login Checks & Login of Files - Checking of 100% files before Login and ensuring completion. Preparing files for Login for further processing.
• Data Entry - System entry for all files post thorough checking as per Bank’s laid down process wrt KYC, Income & other Financial Documents. No errors have been observed in this.
• Financial Analysis - Executing Bank statement & Financial documents analysis with the help of Perfios for all cases.
• Liaising - This includes various interaction with various internal stake holders like Credit Team, Business Team, Ops Team for obtaining the Sanction for smooth functioning.
Required Experience
DID desk is very critical for our BAU activities and we require a trained & experienced staff to manage this desk. This profile requires specific understanding of Mortgages. Any suitable candidate having experience of minimum 3-5 years in the industry.
Education / Preferred Qualification
Graduation – Bachelor’s Degree
Core Competencies
• Candidate needs to ensure internal and regulatory compliance and adherence to DBS process.
• Good Understanding of CIBIL & Financials.
• Ensure the documentation accuracy and suitability
• Ready to learn new processes and always willing to accept new assignments given.
Technical Competencies
Good knowledge of MS – Office. PPT preparations for work related MIS.
Work Relationship
Interaction with various internal stake holders like Credit Team, Business Team, Ops Team for obtaining the Sanction for smooth functioning.
