We seek a highly analytical and detail-oriented Refunds Disputes Specialist to join our team. The incumbent will be responsible for handling refund disputes on food delivery operating platforms. This role requires proficiency in Excel and the ability to investigate and resolve disputes meticulously. The ideal candidate will excel at data analysis, possess strong communication skills, and have a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve refund transactions on various food delivery platforms.
Accurately record details of refund disputes for documentation and reporting purposes.
Monitor and track the progress of disputes to ensure timely resolution.
Analyze data to generate comprehensive reports and actionable insights.
Communicate effectively via email with customers and food delivery platforms to provide updates and resolve issues.
Requirements
Fresher with a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in a similar role or a related field is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Flexibility to work during US hours is essential for this role.
