Job Description
Specialist - Software Development
Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
• - Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models to address business challenges and enhance product features.
• - Collaborate with data scientists, product teams, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into ML solutions.
• - Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data augmentation to ensure high-quality input for model training.
• - Evaluate and validate models using appropriate metrics and techniques to ensure accuracy and reliability and Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments, ensuring they perform as expected.
• - Continuously research and experiment with new algorithms, tools, and techniques to improve existing systems and Document processes, experiments, and results for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
• - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or Ph.D. is a plus.
• - 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role and Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
• - Strong experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, or similar and Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and data structures.
• - Good understanding of deep learning techniques and frameworks including NLP and Experience with data preprocessing, feature selection, and model evaluation techniques.
• - Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar is a plus and Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• - Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Airline Domain.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for ML model deployment and monitoring.
