Roles and Responsibilities:
We are looking to hire an experienced Software Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for development and implementation of new Projects. You may also be required to update existing tools and conduct feasibility studies. You will also be expected to code applications, create reports, and mentor the junior developers and train other functional experts on technical topics.
Moreover, you should have high-level managerial skills, in-depth knowledge of programming languages, and outstanding project management skills.
Excellence in project planning, designing, coding, testing, documenting and till delivering project.
Conducting feasibility studies for tools upgrade and process transformation.
Writing advanced programming code.
Managing project timelines and tasks.
Delegate tasks and set deadlines
Motivate team members
Discover training needs and provide coaching
Suggest and organize team building activities
Conduct workshops with functional teams to understand the process with the aim of transforming/automating process, eliminating all types of risk (mainly operational and functional).
Support of existing tools developed/owned by CoE team
Co-ordinate with stakeholders (on/offshore) on project aspect.
Record and keep all the project updates and timelines in Project management tools (JIRA, MS List and Planner, Excel Trackers etc.) and produce periodical KPIs and required MIS with ad-hoc requests
