Job Description
The candidate should be able to manage Incident & problem management related to System & Infrastructure
• The candidate should be able to define a roadmap on Infrastructure Legacy management and able to animate it. Candidate should have already performed role of System & Infrastructure Ops or Project manager on System & Infrastructure change management. Preferable, if he/she has Technical/DEV background
• Should have excellent skills & method to handle incident & problem management on knowledge in System & Infrastructure
• Should be able to coordinate People reporting and not reporting to him/her.
• Should have good expertise on these area : Infrastructure Support, DB Support, Operating System Support, Network SupportShould have strong L2/L3 support experience and good analytical skills.
• Ready to work either in Asia Pacific or Europe time zones, and be on-duty on the D day of change
