Key Skills: Magento2 Shopify, HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, Bootstrap, LESS, SASS, jQuery, Layout, XML.Job Description:" Have experience in Magento Commerce cloud and configurations Knowledge on Magento Admin, Onboarding, Project Web UI applications. Develop custom extensions for Magento commerce cloud for specific business needs Knowledge on Fastly, RabbitMQ, Elastic Search Nginx Experience with Web Services (REST/SOAP) Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents Debug complex issues and bugs using debugging tools Liaise with team members, clients, and 3rd party service providers to develop new ways to enhance website functionality and eCommerce conversion Basic understanding of application deployment using Jenkins or any CI/CD platforms. Basic understanding of a retails business is required preferably ecommerce. Hands-on experience with Agile Tools like Jira, Confluence etc. Knowledge on monitoring tools for application like Dynatrace, Google Analytics APM, New Relic etc Knowledge on Code version control tools like Github, Bitbucket etc Ensuring that systems are fully operational, and any loss of service is restored in a timely and efficient manner. Working independently and collaborating (as necessary) with other teams to drive resolution to issues reported by Application Support Team. Ensure that solution and application support documentation is maintained to the highest quality and accuracy. Able to analyze the business impact of the incident and communicate to the business and minimize the disruption. Provide timely and clear communication updates to customers and leaders. Proactively recommend enhancements to improve the functioning of the application
