Job Description
Certification: ISTQB (If the candidate does not hold certification, He/ She needs to get this certification completed post joining LTI. Company would do reimbursement on the clearance of certification)
Responsibilities:
• Work with the key stakeholders from Product, UI Managers, Development Managers, Production Support and other partner Testing teams and manage testing activities for the rollouts.
• Manages one or more testing teams and deal with complex and highly variable issues.
• Develops and designs Test cases and assigns to Team members, ensures that they are executed and adhered to throughout the software development life cycle.
• Strives for continuous improvements and streamlining of quality processes.
• Ensures consistency and quality of processes across the organization
• Performs other duties and functions as assigned.
• Reviewing all Testing artifacts prior to submission
Qualifications / Functional proficiency :
• 10+ years of experience in the field of Software Quality Testing with at least 5-8 years of experience as a Test Lead handling large projects.
• Strong experience in working with AML applications.
• Experience driving best practices around Functional, Regression, End-to-End testing and Automation.
• Good knowledge of HP ALM, JIRA, SQL, Hive, Selenium
• Exposure to Behavior Driven Development and related experience in programming and testing.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Requires communication and diplomacy skills and an ability to persuade and influence.
• Demonstrated Leadership skills
