Job Title : Salesforce Technical Lead Developer
Location : Canada
Job Description:
8 - 10 years of experience in handling a short team as Technical Lead in SFDC development and maintenance projects
Expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud FSC architecture data model and workflows
Implement FSC solutions like Household Relationship Management Action Plans and Discovery Framework
Configure compliance tools and business rule engines for regulatory requirements
Customize Salesforce using Apex Lightning Web Components LWC and VisualForce
Integrate FSC with external systems using RESTSOAP APIs
Design and manage FSC data models including Person Accounts and multicurrency frameworks
Handle data migration and performance optimization for large datasets
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and data privacy standards
Implement rolebased access controls and permission sets
Stay updated on FSC roadmap and AIdriven capabilities for advisor productivity
Collaborate on accelerators and coinnovation initiatives
Preferred certifications Salesforce FSC Accredited Professional or Consultant
Solution Design Development
Model financial insurance entities using FSC data model custom objects fields and record types implement Interaction Summaries and compliant data sharing
Build Lightning Web Components LWC and configure flows validation rules profiles permission sets and sharing rules for secure access
Develop Apex classes triggers batchqueueable jobs SOQL and REST services for scalable business logic
Integrations Data
Integrate FSC with downstream systems via platform eventsAPIs and middleware manage connected apps and OAuth scopes
Execute secure data loads migrations manage Copado pipelines for deployments and change governance Git branching PRs CICD test coverage
Analytics CRM Fitment Insurance
Configure custom report types dashboards and embed Power BI where applicable for agency scorecards pipeline target vs achievement
Participate in FSC vs Sales Cloud fitment decisions for agencyproducer management submissions policyclaims commissions and compliance
Quality Security Operations
Enforce secure coding standards FLSCRUD checks and Shield encryption where applicable
Define and automate regression tests triage incidents track backlog drive platform stability through release cycles and transition phases SimpleMediumComplex until steady state
