YOUR ROLE
Join our dynamic team as a Solutions Architect and be at the forefront of technological innovation! You'll provide essential technology and architectural support for intermediated insurance businesses across Australia and New Zealand, creating market differentiation through the deployment of resilient, cutting-edge technology and contemporary methods at scale.
In this exciting role, you'll drive the delivery of end to end (E2E) solution approaches for strategic programs and initiatives, ensuring they align with IAG's forward-thinking strategy and technology strategy, and comply with group policy. Your contributions will make a significant impact, setting us apart in the market. This is permanent full-time opportunity with hybrid working conditions and is open to our IAG offices in Gadigal Country (Sydney) and Naarm (Melbourne).
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally meet the below criteria:
Experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in architecture process and governance.
Proven ability in effective stakeholder management and collaboration with architects, platform teams, and key stakeholders.
Skilled in technical analysis and detailed solution design, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
Adaptable to strict governance environments, with experience in legacy system transformation and decommissioning.
Knowledgeable in policy systems and pricing systems, with experience in software as a service (SaaS).
Ideally insurance or financial services industry experience.
