Key Responsibilities
✔Perform accurate data validation on key performance indicators (KPIs) across various financial systems.
✔Extract and verify monthly and ad-hoc reports for RM-CU (Consumer Unit) and RM-BU (Business Unit).
✔Ensure consistency and integrity of data sourced from multiple systems, including:
🔹 CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
🔹BRM (Billing and Revenue Management)
🔹IN (Intelligent Network)
🔹 Single View (Unified customer data platform)
🔹NS (New Stack)
🔹 PGW (Payment Gateway)
Preferred Skills & Experience
✔ Experience working with telecom systems and financial data validation
✔ Strong analytical and data verification skills
✔ Experience with report extraction, reconciliation, and KPI analysis
✔ Knowledge of CRM, BRM, IN, PGW, or telecom billing systems is a plus
✔ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
