Job Purpose
Your role as the Ecosystems team is to embed our products and solutions into our partners, to disappear into our customer's ecosystems, to disappear into our customers' platforms - to allow our customers to buy, sell, do business, while we take care of their banking experiences - behind the scenes and end-to-end.
Key Accountabilities
• Support and manage existing and new Strategic Partnership
• Own all key new initiatives from inception to launch for Strategic Partnerships
• Proactively Scope the market for new business or network opportunities
• In partnership with the stakeholders, work to detail out these opportunities, identify costs and risks, secure necessary approvals
• Co-ordinate with all country and regional stakeholders to ensure all new initiatives are delivered as per deadlines
Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end relationship starting from identifying growth opportunities for business, onboarding the partner, portfolio management and ongoing relationship
• Monitor Portfolio Trends (acquisition & quality), P&L, budgets and Costs for the partnership
• Liaise with various partners like L&C, Audit, Technology, Operations, Finance & Marketing for the partnership launch/update and business compliance
• Be able to develop Project Plan’s for each partner, and track to ensure the execution of the same as per plan
• Design & Drive Process Improvements across E2E Customer Journey, coordinate with Tech/Ops and track & accelerate system specific enhancements & integrations
• Liaison with ISS/LCS/Business in meeting the Internal Governance (Agreements, NDA, MOU , Outsourcing Reviews etc)
• Deliver on consumer finance P&L for ecosystem partnerships
• Do Market landscape and any updates w.r.t to the ongoing partners and potential partnership
Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnership initiatives, providing regular reports to senior management and taking corrective action when needed.
Required Experience
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in product/portfolio/sales (with NBFC/Bank/Fintech); preferably minimum 2 years managing assets products.
Education / Preferred Qualifications
• MBA Degree/PGDM from a recognized university
• Specialization in business development and managing partnerships will be an added advantage
Core Competencies
• Business Development in B2B and managing strategic partnership
• Understanding the dynamics of digital and phygital models
• Understanding of product P&L and business levers
• Ability to work with large teams and drive product development
• Strong understanding of banking products, particularly liabilities products like current accounts, savings accounts, and fixed deposits
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to forge and manage relationships with senior internal/external stakeholders
