Job title: Specialist Technician - Theatre
Location: Manchester
Salary: £22,840 - £30,012 (Competitive Benefits plus Local Government Pension Scheme)
The successful candidate will have strong skills in Sound design and operation for theatre. They must be multi-skilled across other disciplines of theatre such as lighting, rigging, set design and stage management.
Essential Requirements
Level 2 English & Mathematics
Industry relevant qualification as applicable by specialist function
Previous industry experience working within theatre
Strong skill in Sound for theatre – design, programming, and operation
Lighting, rigging, working at height and associated health and safety practices
An ability to prepare, set up and manage stage, lighting and sound equipment for performances and events
First Aid qualification (or be prepared to work towards within first year)
