We’re seeking a future team member for the role of We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President to join the Technology Risk Management team (Enterprise Risk and Compliance). This role is located in PUNE, MH - HYBRID
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Conducting and overseeing risk assessments as a part of Operations Risk Framework for Technology
Providing thought leadership to establish and continuously improve risk assessment processes and associated controls.
Active contribution to the continuous improvement of the team's processes (solutions to automate, building efficiencies, and maintaining consistency across deliverables).
Participation in the CCAR exercise to ensure appropriate Line 2 oversight and challenge
Review and oversight of technology high-level-assessments (HLA), risk-and-control-self-assessment (RCSA) and Risk appetite of the enterprise (Technology and Information Risk) for evaluating and representing adequate technology risk posture.
As required, extend support to team members on different types of risk assessments and metrics oversight
Provide support and prepare executive level reports for regulators and senior management
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor ‘s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
8+ years of conducting risk assessment experience required, experience with technology or financial services industry is a plus
Experience in communication with senior management; along with excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills required
Demonstrated expertise running Risk Assessments and Reporting processes, understanding what good looks like and driving best practices into the wider organization
Ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities and deliver under pressure
JIRA, Service Now, SharePoint, Confluence & Advanced PowerPoint skills a plus
Attention to detail a must
Excel expert with a knack for streamlining and simplifying process across disjointed datasets
