To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add Specialist – Treasury position will be based in Chennai
What a Typical day looks like:
• E-Banking administration related activities such as account opening, KYC documentation, granting bank access, user access reviews, etc.,
• Maintaining or supporting account opening/closures and AML related activities.
• Negotiate on electronic banking products and set up the system access by working with various banks.
• Preparation of banking documents such as board resolutions, bank authorized signatory forms, corporate documents, Indemnity letters, and other standing instructions.
• Scrutinize and work on bank swift messages, payment methods, and fund transfers.
• Reconciling/reviewing bank user access details with banking database.
• End to End process in Treasury and maintain the records as per the requirement.
• Handling accounting activities like Journals, Balance sheets, and bank reconciliation systems.
• Willingness to work in a complex environment with strict deadlines on projects and maintain daily productivity log.
• Providing timely reports/information to the Team Leaders/managers on maintenance of policy
• Other responsibilities include projects as assigned by the Team Leader or the Management.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
• B.COM / BBA(Finance) / M.COM / MBA(Finance) with at least 60% aggregate score is preferred.
• Good understanding on MS applications.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles.
• Good written/oral communication skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP Systems.
• Good analytical skills and should be a team player.
