Job Title: Specialist - Credit Administration
Function: Wholesale Banking Operations
Sub Function: Credit Administration
Experience (Min to Max): 2 - 8 Years
Educational Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited college or university/CA/MBA/CS
Job Description :
• To handle post sanction activities relating to wide range of products from working capital to term loan, NCD, Investment limits, Portfolio buyout, Commercial paper in Large corporate and FIG segments
• Checking if all credit appraisals are adequately approved and conform to internal as well as RBI guidelines
• Check whether statutory / internal exposure limits are not breached.
• Ensure transactions processing / system updation is as per agreed TAT and there is nil error in processing the transaction
• Preparation of facility & security documents in line with the internal guidelines/framework within the defined TAT
• Ensure enforceable legal documentation for credit facilities as per legal guidance and standard format/procedures. Involve in security creation including mortgages, pledge, hypothecation etc.
• To Ensure compliance with all conditions precedent prior to disbursement and processing the transactions in line with the DOP
• To load the limit in system in line with approval and prepare the LSM/DM for further communicating to loan ops.
• Co-ordinating with the empaneled vendor for completing the activities like title search, stock audit, valuation in time bound manner
• Recording the various covenant/deferrals in system as per the approval.
• Ensuring safe keeping of loan documents and retrieval of documents to vendor
Essential Skills :
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Adequate knowledge of Corporate Banking products and associated documentation
• Hands on experience on Microsoft Office Products
• Knowledge of Loans processing applications (Loan Origination systems, Loan Management
• Systems and Core Banking Systems) is desirable.
